Vietnamese Restaurant-Style Grilled Lemongrass Pork (Thit Heo Nuong Xa)


Meat was too fatty, husband liked the taste, I thought it was just ok. I wouldn’t make again using the meat I used.

1 lb Pork blade, boneless steaks
Produce
3 trimmed and finely chopped tbsp 1 stalk lemongrass
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Shallots
Condiments
1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce, dark
Baking & spices
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Brown sugar, light granulated
Oils & vinegars
1 tbsp Oil
